How did you deal with exertion/excersise induced asthma? I've started to run and can only manage ~30 of jogging at a time before i have to stop or suffocate. I've noticed that the more often I go for these jogs, the more often I recover and get another 30 secs in.
I've also noticed that if I pace my breathing I can go for slightly longer and it hurts less after stopping.

I finally did it /fit/, I pulled my back deadlifting. My question to you is whether I should see a doctor or not? It hurts really fucking bad, like the pain is shooting down my back thighs. I can't move at all without feeling like a knife is in my lower back. Is this something I just walk off or could it be more serious like a disk is out of place?

Hey guys. As its getting into winter my gym is getting a little bit chillier and it's getting harder to keep warm and have a sweat going. I was thinking about wearing a sweatshirt while doing my lifts. I was just wondering if you guys had any opinions/recommendations on this and if it will affect my lifts in any way.

The most I ever wore was a thin long sleeve shirt when I ran winter outdoor track in high school in the northeast.
