I've become very fucking obsessive woth what I eat . wife offers to make food and I say no.

So ive been doing push pull everyday lately. Ive been doing the ABxABx style push pull before but i eventually said fuck it and started going everyday ABABABABA etc. I think its working great. Im actually making progress. Is there any downside to this? Will training this much eventually take its toll or anything?
