If I put a pull up bar in my bedroom doorway, and do a whole bunch of pull ups each time I go in and out of my room, will that be enough to see some results?

I've tried gyms, but I don't have the motivation to go, or to stay long whilst I'm there.

I just want to try to improve my life small steps at a time whilst I try to sort out my depression and motivation problems.

You're supposed to drink it before you get sick anon, but it can't hurt, it probably wont help, might as well just drink plenty of water and eat healthy so your body has an easier time fighting off the virus/infection/whatever

Personally just makes my piss fizzy as hell with no notable effects, if anything the sudden boost and fall makes your immune system weaker without it

Was lifting heavy shit at work, felt the center of my chest beside my sternum get strained somehow. It's been sore ever since. I still have full range of motion but it does hurt a little. Still breathing fine. Don't think I tore it but scared I pulled it and won't be able to lift. Am I doomed?

if you dont have any notable pain or any bruising whatsoever then just rest the pec until it feels 100%, once it heals up foamroll and lacrosse ball roll it out too prevent any scar tissue and tightening and get the bloodflow going, ease back into training, spend a few weeks building back up to ur old weights, dont just jump back into it

Yeah guys I turned my head while OHPing yesterday, and I was immediately in pain, I left the gym and went home and took some painkillers. What the fuck can I do to fix this? The left side of my neck is in agony whenever I turn my head, and especially if I tilt my head back.

Does anyone here have experience with phimosis? I was never able to really pull my foreskin back and when I saw that penises in porn looked different from mine, I always thought it's because I'm not circumcized and the actors probably are. But even then I should have been able to pull back the foreskin, which I never was. Then I did some research and I guess I have phimosis, but I never had any problems with it or encountered any symptoms they mention. Should I still see a doctor?

I had the same realization back when I was 13 after watching a lot of Internet porn. Eventually learned about phimosis and I just started stretching in hot showers. Slowly could peel back further and further each time. One day I got impatient and just really stretched the fucker back until it rolled back all the way completely exposing the glans for the first time. Stung like a bitch but it was finally normal. Has been normal ever since. Funnily enough there was no smegma or smell or anything which is weird because I used to piss and cum with an unretracted foreskin. Never needed a doctor but I may have been aided by age and a not severe case though. Start stretching and peeling back in the shower and see how much of your glans you can expose. If not much at all and it seems impossible that it will ever retract I'd then see a doctor.

vegetables are GOAT for micros, fiber, and satiation.

I've noticed that a lot have hair has been coming out in the shower.

I think this might be related to the shit tier diet I've had recently. For the past 4 months I've been consuming half of my daily calories in the form of potato chips, Panda Express, and Toaster Strudel.

I've decided to clean up my diet and I'm hoping it will help improve my hair.

What foods or supplements are good for your hair?

I'm thinking eggs (because they contain biotin) and fish oil.

How goes your cardio, /fit/?

You do actually do cardio, right?

Anyway, i've been doing a program based on overload training. I walked for 5 mins, ran for 12 min at 10kph and then had a 5 min cool down. every run I added 1 min to my running time, today i ran 25mins.

I will build this up to 30 min, stay there for a week, then start increasing the speed by 0.1kph a run until at least 12kph, meaning i'd be running 5 min ks and 6k all up. I'd like to get this to 8k all up so i could run 5 miles, so will start adding time again when i've gotten to 12kph for 30min and stayed there for a week.

My plan is to do this every morning starting Friday, when my friend and I will train weights at night instead of in the morning.
