I'm interested in finding out what his actual stats are, he's billed @ 5'11 and the movie says he's 180lbs(this could just be because he's playing a light-heavyweight. Overall though he has good genetics and is pretty lean, mirin chest and traps hard. Has a pump for most of the scenes and ultimately gets beat by a 20% BF Brit.

I did this today.
Nearly fell when I took the stairs.
But is it normal to not feel anything on my legs when I deadlift ? I'm never sore or anything the days after.
So I have been trying the intermittent fasting diet recently, which I learned of when watching some of the hodge twins videos and then doing some more research into it.
21/M 6ft, 185 lbs at the moment and I am trying cut from 18.5% BF to 10%.
I estimate that i'd only need 2,000 calories to maintain my weight, so I am only eating 1,400-1,600 a day, while trying to stay around the %40p-%40c-%20f ratio. I only eat between 12:00pm and 5:00pm, sometimes 4pm.
I go to the gym usually every day, lift 5 days a week, cardio all 7 days, and i usually stay on...

what your doing SOUNDS like a little too much imo. I'd say you need at least one rest day, but as long as you sleep a fuckton you should be ok.
I always say there's no such thing as overtraining, but only under-resting.
Im getting lightheaded when i do seep squats, what do? and i also need to take several breaths while at the top of the lift. and when is pre work out worth it? i go after school so im a lil tired.

SARM for those who don't know stands for selective androgen receptor modulator. They bind to only certain androgen receptors in the body and the idea is to mimic the anabolic effect of testosterone without the side effects.

I'm an obese fuck and I want to change that. I've been overweight most of my life but I really jumped up there after I got into an accident that left me unable to walk for about 4 months. My wrist was broken as well. I'm still not fully recovered but I can do some things. I have a small home gym with a Goldmans workout system, a stationary bike, an ab lounge, an exercise mat, and 2 dumbbells. I've changed my diet and tried to eat healthier but haven't had much time to work out yet. I'm dedicating time starting now.

Wake up at 5, be productive and drink coffee until noon. Take a nap, hit the gym at 6, dinner at 8, cold bath then bed by 9:30
