I like working out naked at home but I sometimes like to spread it out over the entire afternoon by doing a lift during commercials and then just chilling on the couch when the shows are back on.
The problem is that after the second lift I start working up a sweat and it's getting on the couch. My friends have started telling me that my couch smells when they sit on it and I just pretend that I don't know why. I've tried Lysol but it only seems to be a temporary fix.
Is there a way to keep the sweat from getting on my couch when I do my naked marathon...

Cover the couch, open a window, beat the couch, wash cloth cushions every 2-3 months if you're able to, wipe down leather with cleaner, use a fan, close a door, clean everything once a week, light a candle, if nothing works put some damn clothes on....

I broke my ankle and tore a ligament 6 days ago. I can already feel my calf muscle atrophying if I poke in under the cast. Is there anything I can do while I'm healing to prevent atrophy or at least keep it to a minimum? Because I'm not using my leg at all when I walk, I started doing lying leg raises to keep my thigh strong, but the only thing I can do for my calf is flex it under the cast.

Yes, it will atrophy, but good news, a month after you get back in the calf will be back to normal. Muscles have a sort of memory, so make sure you heal first. I broke my foot and was out of the gym for 7 weeks. whoole leg atrophied, I know what i'm talking about.

correct, and you should. isometric contractions will slow the rate of atrophy down so do it as much as possible
