Heya, /fit/. I'm about three weeks away from a trip to Jamaica and I was wondering if you guys think I should cut. I've been trying to bulk, because winter and I should really make some leg + butt gains, but I just looked in the mirror today and wasn't sure how comfortable I'd be looking like this on the gym.

Some guys just don't get life. It makes me sad. They'll complain about not getting girls or whatever and blame it on everything but themselves. Unless they're a quadriplegic or their genitals were chopped off, there are multiple paths they can take that will lead to happiness and women or whatever it is they desire.
A lot of the times I can outline that path perfectly in my mind. If I were stuck in their shithole lives I know exactly what I would do to better myself. But most degenerates don't think it's possible for them to get out of the hole...

Does /fit/ do martial arts? What kinds? Can you guys describe your experiences why you got into it and why you continue to go? Looking to get into one. I did karate as a kid for like 4 years and I loved it. I ended up moving and I tried this one dojo near my new house but it wasn't the same and it felt gimmicky like the owner just wanted my money

I keep hearing people tell me that I have wide hips. Can someone please tell me where they are? I haven't worked out a day in my life but have always had muscular legs relative to the rest of my body. That arch you see running down my side is pure quad, not hip. Maybe I'm not seeing it, can someone explain this part to me? Does it not necessarily mean big quads but something else? Thanks!
