I've always been in fairly good shape, and currently am in pretty good shape. I'm 192lbs, 6'2" and 18% body fat. while I'm no picture of fitness, I'm not fat nor overweight. I'm very healthy, eat well, and have been seriously working out in the gym for the past week and have been seeing some little gains so far.

I got cucked, and developed an intense desire to get /fit/ and to improve myself. partly to appeal to women more.
But then I thought, that's not me, that's not really who I want to be, I don't want anyone to feel attracted to me for any superficial attributes I may possess.
I want to be appreciated for my personality, almost entirely.
I know lifting would make me feel good in general, but I feel like I might be selling my soul to the devil.
