My previous goals have always just been to bulk and get as big as possible - but now this makes me consider just being cut af in the 160-170lbs area. Much more attainable being in the Army where bulking takes serious effort.

I bike a lot, take it seriously, enjoy it as a sport etc etc. I what to starting lifting for better upper body looks, bigger shoulders and arms and stuff, but my legs are pretty set already.

So I fucked up /fit/. It's official. I am fat now. My doctor just broke the news to me and told me I am medically overweight. From 53kg during my last visit, to 65kg right now. Some of it can be attributed to my shitty BC pill so my doctor prescribed me a new one, but most of the weight is just from bad metabolism and a shitty diet.
