I'm a female 5'3" 110lbs, skinny, but curvy on the lower half of my body, and i have stretch marks on hips, inner thighs and butt, along with mild cellulite on my upper thighs. i used to jog occasionally. i eat a lot of shit also, mostly sweet stuff.
so i was wondering, if i start to work out seriously and eat cleaner, do these things really go away? is it possible? will it take long? is there something else i need to do to get results? like those miracle lotions they sell everywhere or whatsoever???

So I went to the gym today for the first time in two months. Been hesitant about doing squats because I have a bulged disc in my lower back. I asked the main desk if they had a Smith machine and they pointed me in the direction of this guy using it with a big white hoodie on. I walk up there and he says he's just finishing up. It's very clear I've never used a Smith machine in my entire life so out of the goodness of his heart he teaches me how to use it with good form. From personal experience : don't underestimate the effect a good hairstyle has on you. It's worth paying a professional to maintain your hair and give you guidance on products.

BCAA content and digestion/absorbtion rare is the most important.
IMO whey + casein mix is the best. You can get milk protein that is whey + casein in the ratio it's naturally found at in milk.
