What the fuck are "stabilizer muscles"?
Sounds like something made up to justify stupid and dangerous exercises.
There's no "stabilizer muscles". It refers to a context a muscle is used in. For example, ab wheel rollouts use triceps to stabilize the motion, or in other words they are a secondary muscle. In tricper pushdowns, they're the primary muscle, and other muscles like core is used to stabilize.
It just means that the muscle is the primary one being worked or not; which differs based on context.

the same muscle can be either a prime mover or a stabilizer.
generally when people refer to groups of muscles as "stabilizer muscles" they refer to all the musculature that is too small to do any prime moving.
for example, try benching as much with dumbbells as you can with barbell...
the reason you can't bench as much, is because it relies more heavily on stabilizing muscles, and less on your prime movers.

Stop consuming sugar.

Get a good bed.

I'm cosplayer and I've done comedic shit in the past that didn't require me to be ripped.
But someone is making a very legit sneaking suit ala Solid Snake for me because I've got the face and hair for it. . .just not the body.
So I'm starting tonight. I've got until this coming September when the big con goes down. Is 9 months enough to go from skinny fat to Solid Snake?

If you're starting as 100% sedentary any extra activity will be enough, you'll need to strengthen your tendons, ligaments and joints and they strengthen more slowly than muscle.
If you're pretty new to training then why don't you just listen to your PT you moron

Maybe your form is incredibly bad on squats. low bar or high bar?
you probably have terrible form on the squat, possibly because you aren't consciously making an effort to maintain it, dont know how, have a strange body type that needs unique advice, maybe a combination. Post some videos of your work sets, for bench and deadlift as well because if you can't fix your squat form those 2 are probably fucked as well.

Started eating less about 4 days ago. I'm running, swimming and doing some bodyweight exercises. No gym because I'm on vacation.
Current body is 182cm and 85kg ish. A lot of localized fat. How long until I see results?

And the worst part is my body is shit, when I'm bulking I start to gain a lot of fat on my legs and they start growing faster than my pecs and arms so I start to enter trex mode.
