What are you doing on NYE, fit?

Some of my friends invited me over and are offering alcohol for the celebration of New Years.

Hey /fit/

I'm completely new to this board and read the sticky but don't see anything related to my question so I'll ask away after I explain myself in bullet points.

I have weighed 300 pounds ever since I was 16 from being lazy and terrible eating habits

21 now and decided back in September to get fit and thin and muscular like every fat piece of shit

Surprise, surprise, I actually lost 50 pounds and look a lot better and a shit ton more muscular from proper work outs and dieting

I eat no more and no less than 1800 calories a day and eat 225 grams of protein and less than 150 grams of carbs and do full body strength training every other day

I am at another plateau and wanted to know if a supplement will help and which one is not a rip off brand. I'm hoping to buy on amazon if possible.

I wanted to try Garcinia Cambogia.

My goal is 200lb's so I have 50 pounds to go and then it's mainly muscle building from there.

Ok /fit/ (forgive me if I sound like a complete noob) I need some advice on balancing caloric intake with my workout regime.

So basically my workout plan consists of a three hour workout of a selected body area (i.e. Legs, Back (lower and upper), Chest, arms, upper body, core) for an entirety of up to four days a week (with an electable one day break after two days), and my calorie intake (according to the Mifflin St Jeor formula) is:

2135 calories (Maintanence)
(Fat loss) 1708
(Extreme fat loss) 1281

If you are a skeleton and dealing with college dining options, just do IIFYM type bulking.

When I was in the dorms at my school, I was also DYEL and a skeleton, and I was stuck with my school's meal plan.

I would get a rotisserie chicken with a fuckton of rice and veggies for dinner, a wrap for lunch, and two egg sandwiches for breakfast, supplemented with a fuckton of milk.

Shit that makes you rage
