So this is my disgusting body. Basically, I'm a genetic failure and i?d be happy if i was never born.
A little bit of background:
I was obese during my childhood and recently lost weight in early 2015 by basically starving myself. I thought I'd look good but I still look like a piece of shit thanks to my wide hips. Recently I got my testosterone checked and it's 506ng so I don't think I have Klinefelters. I think the reason I have this shitty body is lack of exercise during my childhood and because I had to get my nut cut out when I was a child....

Since it's almost the New Year let's look back and learn from this year's errors. Learning from your mistakes is an important key to making it Imo.
I'll start I guess
I started losing weight this year; I went from 265 down to 176. My regrets are that I cut too fast and lost a lt if muscle mass. Also, I drove myself crazy by obsessing over my body and how I look until I cracked and nearly gave up. I ate like shit for like 2.5 months and barly lifted. I gained ~20 lbs. I lost half of it already but if I stuck to it and didn't give in like a fat...

I was 245 and I'm 220-225 now but I'm stalling as fuck. I even stalled at 230 but after like two weeks I finally passed it. How can I work on not letting myself eat too much? In the moment the right amount of food doesn't seem like enough and when it's over I feel like I ate too much
