I need a decent answer on this, and the sticky isn't helping.
When should I be doing cardio? After workouts? On rest days?
How long should I be doing it?
I keep seeing "don't do too much cardio or you'll lose muscle," but what's too much?

Run in the mornings. Barring that, run after you lift.
Everything else depends on your goals. Why are you doing cardio? General health?

I run 5-10km on rest days
I won't do it, just theoretically - is it bad to do squat, bench press and deadlift every workout.
For example:
Workout A
Squat 3x5
Bench press 3x5
Deadlift 1x5
AXAXAXX
3 times a week?
Why yes? Why not? If your goal is strength why not just do it, is it too much deadlifting in one week? Overtraining?

Your shoulders will hate you. Do OHP too if you're that hell bent on it, but some isolation would definitely be beneficial to supplement it. I'd consider bicep, lat, calf and ham isolation for starters but there's probably more that should be added.
I don't think it's too much, if you're used to it. I just think deadlifting that often might be tough, especially when you start to get to heavier weights.
Hi /fit/ I am 20 years old and i can't believe i have a problem getting or maintaning an erection. It was so easy for me to get one i was always worried about getting one at the wrong time and people seeing it. Now i would do anything for those days back as its so hard for me to get one. My penis however does become fully erect as I am about to ejaculate, but then quickly dies down afterwards. In the last 4 or 5 days I smoked a lot of weed, didn't drink much alchool though but I got wasted all the nights, haven't slept well or sometimes at all. Yesterday, well this morning, I took up to 2,2g of caffeine to stay awake. The problem is I really can't eat or drink anything. In 5 days I ate like 1000 kcal in total and drank less then a liter of water a day. I'd throw up if I eat or drink more I really can't. I feel like shit. I went to the gym 2 times in this days. I lost 4 kg in this 5 days...

You can do weighted pushups, pullups & dips at home with little equipment. I'm not saying it's ideal but you could get a decent upper body that way.

In. I wanted to start back in November but with Christmas coming I ended up spending too much money buying people presents and couldn't afford a membership. Now I can and I'm ready to get in the gym.
