I've been working out for about 6 months now. I'm 200 down from 260 and I'm alright with how I'm doing so far, but I'm not quite happy with my chest. Are there any chest workouts or is there anything I could do to help develop my chest better?

Hi /fit/

I am mostly sedentary and I am agoraphobic. How can I get exercise? I can start to feel my circulation going bad.

My limbs fall asleep a lot more than they used to and I get lightheaded easier than I used to, stuff like that.

Cutting now. Or at least I was until Christmas arrived. Cheat day turned into cheat week after my family left and there was still so much food and booze left over. Almost all gone and then back to my cut. I want to get lean. I'll just keep cutting and doing my workouts until I'm happy with my body fat %. Not worried about deadlines.

Fit I think I am addicted to benzodiazepines and I don't know how to get off

I stopped smoking by dipping grizzly wintergreen pouches. I only dip before and after work so twice a day. Its been a huge improvement and so thats my best advice.

well you certainly wouldn't look any different. You would probably be SLIGHTLY stronger, a little bit more nervous system efficiency / coordination. More if you never lifted weights or were particularly athletic before. Honestly, a tiny bit of your acquired muscle mass might stick around. Like a completely unnoticeable bit. Alright, I keep failing and failing. But not anymore I can't afford to fuck up another year I know what must be done and how to do it, I just need to fucking do it.
