Any of /fit/ actually get negative effects from cheap / whey concentrate protein?

Any reason to limit supplemental vitamin D intake from milk and other sources (e.g., vitamins)? It's a hormone. I hear it also depletes vitamin K.

Onward, I take a multivitamin, but it doesn't have much magnesium; and getting it from food seems challenging, as I'm trying to get it in amounts above 150% to match calcium (intake from milk) and other nutrients. I've been getting pepitas in 10lb. bulk, but that's...

I was the same weight and body comp as you - 72kg at 5ft 9 and I've been cutting for a few months, now at 67 and I was gonna keep on cutting till all my abs came out. You had to keep cutting till fucking FIFTY FIVE KILOS and you still look like a skinny faggot. Bulk hard now mate, do a nice bulk and make dem gains
