I used the EC stack to cut. I felt stimulated by the EC stack. The EC stack helped to curb my hunger. I used the EC stack for a few months. I felt that the EC stack was a benefit to my cutting goals. I will probably use the EC stack again this year to get lean before summer.
Used it three times in total several years apart for about 6-8 weeks at a time
Decent results, does everything it's supposed to.
Wonderful appetite suppressant. Not magic, but it takes the edge off.
1) I max dose at 2x/day, morning and lunch. If I dose in the afternoon, it fucks with my sleep
2) fiber. Get in fiber. And drink lots of water.
3) for the love of God, if you're out travelling and forget your pills, get caffeine in another way. Going from ~500 mg/day to 0 will give you the worst headache of your life. Taper down use over a day or two.

You only see the stupid shit because that's what gets posted. A lot of crossfit places are actually just fine. Why do people do the stupid ones anyway? Because they don't know any better and crossfit is marketed pretty well.
Old thread is afterlife. Hey /fit/. Just gonna come out and say it. I have puffy nipples. Not absolute gyno level but still. My question: once I eventually reach my goal body (think 10-12% body fat, decent amount of lean muscle), will it really affect my aesthetics that much having puffy nipples?
