You can usually tell by the advice people give outside of the generals. Its pretty obvious most people one /fit/ are novice level.
Hell, most people at commercial gyms are at novice level

All right, I have tried coming up with grand plans on working out (and I have greatly in the past) but I just do not have time any more and I figured that the two exercises that I am going to do are pull ups (and chin ups) and push ups. So what are my possible results (presuming that I am going to have an adequate diet and will do about 35 pull ups per day on even days and about 80-100 push ups on odd days.

In particular I am interested in developing wider shoulders

Redpill me on Soylent. I ordered 24 bottles and it tastes okay. pretty bland but I guess that's kind of the point. Is this a viable alternative to having to eat actual food or not? What kind of health problems should I be wary of this stuff causing? I've never been much of a "foodie" and the idea not having to cook is really appealing to me.

I do not understand how someone could use a foam roller well at a gym. I've seen people do it, but they do it casually, and usually before a workout.

When I get home, and I start rolling out my quads after some hard squats I make noises, and I make faces.
When that massive knot right in the middle of thigh, the one I've been working for fifteen seconds, when it finally gives, relaxing, melting away into nothing I cry out anon. I can not help it. I writhe and I moan and I listen to Gloss Drop as I get into the hip abductor. I wouldn't want it any other way, but I just can't bring myself to do it in public.

I haven't really tried to use lacrosse balls, are they worth it?

What's your sleep routine look like? Prep for bed, length of time in bed, etc.

might be working out too much- was doing ice cream fitness every other day for a while and made great gains but started feeling that way, killed my libido, etc. i backed off a bit and have been feeling better.

Also, I think sleeping too much is just as bad as sleeping too little. I feel better on 7 or so hours than i did on 9.
