You're basically asking if you can lose weight with exercise alone (pretty mild exercise at that, just walking more, by the sounds of it...) and the answer is no, of course not.

Barely, fixing back posture requires regular maintenance in the form of tightening and loosening(stretching) certain muscles.
Just google which stretches are best for your particular problem, do them often as possible. While doing body weight exercises every day that tighten the other muscles that will shift the direction the spine or pelvis is going.
The rest is just good posture principles and sleeping correctly.
Protein powder bloats me even when I mix it with just water. I wish I did not have to drink this stuff but there is no way I can meet my macros otherwise...What are my options? Am I doomed to drinking powdered jew for the rest of my life?

I'm not allergic and the powder I use is MRM Natural Whey. I got this one because it had good reviews on a bunch of body building websites. It just makes me feel really heavy and overly full and it lasts for hours...I fucking hate it.

I have a genuine question guys. Why does everyone do seperate their muscle group exercises?
What I mean is instead of a P/P/L, or a back day, chest day, etc day split, would it not be more productive to just aim to hit each muscle 2x per week? Or is there a reason these workouts are designed this way?

I find I can go really heavy on pendlays but not so much on bent over rows. Usually 225x5 on pendlays but only 205x5 on BORs. I personally like pendlays better but I think it's a matter of preference. Both work your back pretty well.
