Just went and read the actual article, the title is, unsurprisingly, complete clickbait. It's basically saying that bodybuilders have less strength per pound of muscle than regular athletes despite being stronger, which of course most people already know because bodybuilders are training for hypertrophy while athletes only train for strength/power.
I do 5 drop sets of hammer curls going from 30 lbs at 14 reps down to 15 lbs at 9 reps, each time I drop 5 lbs. I do this every other day, am I over training? Also I'm natty and currently eating at maintenance.

try getting your doctor to recommend some deos that actaully block your sweat glands (usually come in sticks). should take care of the pit problme at least
otherwise i recommend wearing lots of deo so you dont smell, and wearing pants that dont clearly show when they are wet (i.e. jeans). white shirts help too, cant see the sweat so much

Do white shirts help? I've been going with black shirts for the longest. My crotch sweat is pretty intense and does show up on jeans if I'm sitting for too long. UnderArmor type undies help I've found. Everytime I go to the bathroom I use some TP to dry myself down there but this isn't feasible longterm solution.

its also a bit cooler i guess, black absorbs heats. but if you're not out in the sun that doesnt really matter
