Has your body temperature been higher after you started working out?
How about sweating? Has it increased?
I remember how I was cold most of the time before I started lifting. Then I started lifting and did GOMAD the first month and after that my body temp has been high all the time. My gfs have loved to cuddle me in the night because I'm like a radiator, but I also sweat like a whore in a church now.

Dude I thought I was going insane, but you are describing what happened to me. I've been lifting for more than 1.5 years now, and I'm sure my resting body temp is higher. I've been attributing it to a higher metabolism due to lifting. It's a curse for me though because I live in the topics.

I would only do them once per week. If you do them wrong you can hurt your back. I recommend using rubber bands and cattle bells for training. :-)

My shoulder makes a clicking sound whenever I lift my arm up

800mg Advil 2-3 times daily for 5 days
take with food or protein shake
absolutely 0 gym time during this time
give the joint time to rest and heal any damage you've already caused
for lifts
keep elbows in during bench press and retract shoulder blades to support the shoulder joint
