I need some advice powerlifters. Should i squat low bar? Most powerlifters seem to. I've read there is a 5-10% weight increase from high to low.
I've been doing low bar the last couple days with really low weight and it feels pretty uncomfortable. Is it worth learning and using ? DYEL please go back to /b/
Do both, but you will get more weight out of low bar.
It's somewhat a blanket statement but high bar = quads/lower back dominant, lowbar can use more glutes/hamstrings
