Hey /fit/. Wondering if you ever have any problems with motivation. I've tried almost everything, most effective being personal trainer but that cost a lot of money. Any tips on getting and staying motivated?

a close friend had the similar symptoms a couple of years ago. he even started to developed "lumps" on some of the joints. the doctors thought/said he had arthritis rheumatoid and began treating it (which is odd since he was in his 20s)
he spent close to a year drinking/taking, what i recall was, penicillin (sometimes he would go to the hospital taking shots of it, but he also took some syrup with it at home)

I did Conventional deadlifts for 4 years. One day decided to try Sumo for the sake of it and instantly fell in love with it. Haven't pulled conventional since I pulled sumo for the first time.
I think people who hate on sumo deadlifting is the same people who have small penises and only accomplishment in life is lifting, hence why you're so critical of people who decide to do things differently.

I dislike the deadlift. I continue to do it once a week at a medium weight because it's efficient for training traps, lats, grip and legs for bodybuilding.

I think I got it from the weighted dips yesterday. Now it hurts if I fully extend my left arm. Doing pull ups is still ok if I dont extend my arms.

No, its not doms. It is Tricep Tendonitis. Right behind the arm, at the tendons that connect the tricep to the elbow. It hurts if I try to extend the arm. But it feels nothing if I keep be elbow bent.
