What's so exciting about the life of an IT businessman in peacetime that warrants not one but two movies about him being made?
Can we agree that while TFA wasn't THAT great, it felt more like Star Wars than the prequels?
Prequels had:
>boring politics and trade shit
>jedi were overpowered in episodes one and two
>no grungy stuff
>all the lightsaber battles felt different
>romance story
etc.
TFA is better than all three because it felt a lot more like the OT.

Kylo Ren actually had some depth to his character, but maybe it just seems that way because everyone else was so empty.

Now let's talk about the Rebel fleet. Did they fucking lose in episode 6 or am I missing something? I'm not just talking about A-Wings B-Wings and pic related, where are the Nebulon-B Frigate's? Mon Calimari Cruisers?
What the fuck was leia's little ship? It was a shit box shuttle like from Star Ship Troopers.
The movie sucked. Don't think too much about it. I was worried JJ would get the visuals all wrong and this wouldn't look like a SW movie, but the damage he did was far worse. I don't think that hack even read the script more than once.
Everyone used to shit on George Lucas even though he wrote several drafts by HAND! JJ probably just wrote everything on his iPad while sitting on the toilet.

Once the Rebels won at Endor and the New Republic restored democracy, the Imperial Remnant went into hiding in the Unknown Regions. Many systems voluntarily stayed loyal to the Empire by the way and did not join the New Republic.
The New Republic was comprised by the same cucks that were the downfall of the previous government when it comes to attitude. They decided to disarm and be peaceful, didn't want to provoke the Imperials and to cause an arms race.

Saw this last night, and I felteveryone was super gullible, including Finn, about how Poe miraculously survived the TIE crash with LOL K C'MON PAL. I'm sure he's really dead and replaced by a clone who'll betray everyone in Episode 8.
Everybody figured it out. Just like everybody figured out that Phasma is going to be the Jango Fett of SW8. The script wasn't subtle about it.
He was supposed to be killed off, Jew Jew changed it after speaking to Isaac but obviously was too lazy to write a scene showing him surviving and just wrote him in later scenes with a quick "I survived" line.
