Thread question: What model/faction/caster do you absolutely love, but would never field? What would it take for you to field it/them? I love the witch coven, but they're so fragile, and loosing even one screws you over. I think maybe one more point of armor, or making the erogegore give a small 3 in. AoE of stealth instead of what it currently does.

I love Reznik2 but I've given up the dream. He lost everything that made Reznik1 fun and cool. His spell list is too awkward, his best possible lists are okay at best, and his good matchups are few in number.
I think if daughters could run as a 10 man unit, death march would be pretty good on them, but 6 gets wiped off too casually nowadays. The other problem is that his feat, while pretty cool, is best against low arm infantry swarms, and those are starting to dry up.
ITT: Request art for characters, landscapes, vehicles, etc, and try and post art that others are looking for. I'm looking for Mad Max style cars.

How do you djinn?
Specifically, what do they look like?
I have been working on a homebrew setting that includes djinn, but no not!arabia country.
I understand that djinn are generally monochromatic shapeshifters made of smokeless fire.
But what does their natural form look like?
Is their commonly depicted appearance of pointy ears, densely muscled, and semi gaseous based on anything?
I realize I can make my setting any way I choose, but I like to base things on original lore as much as I can.

The one thing I like in my villains is villainous-ness.
None of this 'but what if they're right, shades of grey' crap. The can be complex, they can have understandable motives, but at the end of the day, when you call someone a villain, I expect a mother fuckin' villain.

It depends on the game of course. In general though I enjoy either (i) cowardly, throwing all their henchman at the party and then running away, type of recurring villains, and/or (ii) powerful villains which you only encounter during the end of the game.

This. It's not much other than a slightly modified 3.5, and there's... not a whole lot that you could argue that makes it *better*.
Yeah, it's not much better. If you carefully select which rules you use it can be. The problem is that it has a lot of rule bloat.
