Last time we defeated a large kafi-pajit army. The enemy commander, Bahmamu, was very skilled and we managed to convince him to join our side.
After that we held off a major assault on Amusk - the Sultanate and the Empire have joined most of their remaining forces to try and take the fortress and crush the 1st army.
We currently have the advantage in the war - our war exhaustion is somewhat medium and we can still keep going.
The kafi have lost almost all of their fighters;
The pajit have a large manpower pool, but they've lost most of their skilled fighters and equipment as well as their best general, the Emperor's brother.
The hibibi had some success in Ranger Valley, but are now seeing insurection in their eastern provinces, where we supplied weapons to the nomads.
We have the initiative now - draw up war plans and vote to support them and we shall see what happens! We can push for peace or fight on further.

For the third army could they try to harass and destroy settlements in the northern hibibi lands while the nomads do the same in the east
Can the river fleet do more damage to the cities in the pajit lands to further drain there manpower and resources from their war effort

I think some of the trouble with paladins is that they get their powers "for nothing". Like, they have to be good or pious or whatever, but that seldom ends up being played as a big ordeal for them - or, if it is, it annoys the other players because they end up having to suffer for it as well. So either they come off as effortless special snowflakes or a burden.
Cecil is a good paladin, because we spend half the story before he becomes one, seeing him strive and struggle and regret and finally earn his magical holy goodness powers. We end up with the strong sense that he deserves his status, and that allows us to like him more.
