I'm pretty new to DMing and I'd like some advice. My first couple of sessions were pretty highly structured. I had a good idea where my players were going and what they'd most likely do and I had some contingency plans.
They're at a point now where I don't really know what they're going to do. Like they have so many options available to them that I can't plan everything. I know where I'd like for them to go over the next couple of sessions, but not really how they're going to get there.

Finally you have arrived!
After days of suffering through the horrible train ride filled with motion sickness, the smell and moaning of the trains passengers and the other stowaway hollows constantly trying to pick a fight with you, your horrible journey has finally come to an end.
You can already see the smokes on the horizon, which your gut tells you is your destination.
Which is a good thing because you can't take this train ride anymore, you have to get off NOW!
You start walking back from the first car, as you walk the other hollows stay out of the way...

*Damnit, the sun has almost set and I still got ways to go until you reach the camp.*
You think to yourself as you walk with each step leaving footprints in the snow and giving a very satisfying crunching noise as you walk.
There are still some leftover hollow bits in your teeth that you are trying and failing to pick out, it's hard when the morsels that you haven't swallowed keep regenerating. But funnily enough you don't seem to care, somehow devouring that poor guys limbs was not only a very good way of creating some space for yourself but it was a surprisingly filling meal.
*Would hollows be a good substitution for pluses?* You wonder as you flick another bit to the ground.
Luckily you probably won't get hungry for a couple of days thanks for the plentiful feeding on the train.
Still it would be nice to actually make a camp for the night and just get some well deserved rest, which you couldn't do on the train.
On the other hand you can't help but feel bad about wasting precious time with that.
You haven't done any practicing since you crossed the border and seeing the results of the last one got your hopes up.
Or you could just keep marching forward, at this rate you'll reach the village of Oświęcim soon but for some reason with every step the nerves that keep screaming at you to turn back get louder and louder, no longer are they suppressed by your instincts to go forward.
You have many options to choose from:

I have to say, until the scans for Slendy started coming out, I really didn't care about the expasion, but I feel like a really good job was done making what could have just been a lazy meme cash-in fit with the rest of the universe. It's still not a priority but it's better than it could have been.
Also, that hammer seems absurdly good with anything resembling an accuracy stat on its wielder. Herding the monster around could really help. Of course, it would hurt if used poorly but if attacking...

Protected a Planetary governor, regimental staff & high cleric from a bunch of turncoat PDFs at a impromtu fancy dinner. almost went through one mag for my lascarbine supressing shitheads while teammates picked them off one by one.

Video game roleplay is the one scene I've found where I can create characters, roleplay freely on my own terms and invest untold amounts of hours into it and still enjoy myself while having a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, most of it is shit and there's a very young audience drawn to that type of roleplay, and I'm no longer in that agegroup.
Is there any kind of video game roleplay worth seeking out? In MMO's, or otherwise?

So you like creating maps/settings over playing. There's nothing definitively wrong with that. You're still embracing escapism, and you're still harnessing your imagination; but instead of something only you could appreciate, you are creating something tangible that can be shared with anyone you wish. So you should show off your maps and settings and get people interested or even invested in wanting to play in your world. Next thing you know, you're DMing your carefully and uniquely made worlds, and that spark for playing is back.
