I've been eating chicken breast for the past three months now every day and I want to kill myself. What cuts of beef can I eat?

You can eat any cut of beef and still lose weight. I eat a shit ton of lean ground beef and manage just fine. Look up IIFYM you lazy piece of shit and keep track of your portions.
I have a weird experience keeping my back straight during deads
I always see people bend, grab the bar with a rounded back, get ready, straighten their back and lift
I just cant fucking do that. The only way i can keep my back straight is to flex my entire core hard standing up, with arms straight out, bend over with straight back which takes alot of effort (feels like im about to blow up) and immediately do a rep, otherwise my back will round.
How do i fix this?

Ay /fit/ 3 years ago I was a fatass and started lifting to lose weight. Although I have gotten much larger then I originally intended. I wanted to become a femboy, although I'm so large now that it's not possible. What is the quickest way to burn off my muscle? I already quit lifting a month ago and just do cardio but my muscle isn't going anywhere although I have noticed my fat being burned off pretty fast.
Any suggestions?

A low fat diet must then be a high carb diet. Unless you're eating 70% protein, probably not recommended.
The problem with high carb diets isn't the macros, but what is most often eaten. Whole food carbs *can* be quite satisfying, but corn flakes and skim milk won't keep you full for more than an hour.

I eat at least 3500+ of calories easily...
Cook a bunch of chicken thighs ahead of time, like 3-4 days worth... Cook a bunch of rice and use canned beans
To heat up I put a few tablespoons of canola oil into a pan, add a cup of rice and a whole can of beans, add 3 chicken thighs... Right there is about 1400 calories... So I eat two meals like that a day... I'll also have about 3 whey shakes and for breakfast have a whey shake and eat 3-4 hardboiled eggs or make an omelet+cheese on a bagel
For a snack I'll eat a bag of microwaved popcorn near bedtime...
What I just described was over 3500 calories a day coming in at over 250 grams of protein...
If I really wanted gains I could prob throw in a third big plate of food and hit around 4500-5000 total
