Yeah that is pretty much it. Basically you just want to have a good v taper and be around 12% body fat. There's a smaller percentage of chicks that dig builtfit but 90% of the time it works every time

On 500mg of DNP temperature outside is 40F my classes are even colder

Fuck that. Everyone who spends a lot of time in the army comes out with fucked up knees and backs. This is one of the biggest reasons why.

But seriously don't. It's basically giving you all the health difficulties on your joints of being obese despite being in shape.
Sure do it, but not too often. I enjoy the mental toughness aspect of it. I tend to avoid rucking on asphalt and do it on the side of the road in the dirt or grass at my park.
