What the fuck is the point of using steroids if your main goal is strength and you're not a world class athlete? Your reach should've been pretty good, although you'd be kind of fucked if someone got in close to you. My best friend, my co-captain of my high school's fencing team, is 6'1 and a lefty and he was the best opponent I had. The most difficult person to fence, and it was entirely because of his reach. Fighting lefties became second nature to me since we fenced each other constantly. I actually got so used to it that in competition, I didn't realize my opponent was left handed until I went to shake his hand after beating him kek.

Adding weight is the easiest way to progress on pullups/chinups. Do either chinups for that there bicep activation or neutral grip pullups for that there ROM. Personally I end up doing either 5x5 or 3x6 for my chinups/pullups.

How does strongman scoring even work? I always thought it was just based on where you place like in motorsports, but I had a show where a guy in my class won 3 events and I won two (one of which by a very large margin), and we tied.

I am and im doing intermittent fasting and i time it so i have a meal before i lift so maybe that helps with energy idk. i'm also intermediate so im not someone who is super advanced and will have trouble making gains on a cut.

You get it from benching or squatting? Make sure that if you use Rippe grip for squatting you keep your wrists straight and that when benching you don't let your elbows get in front of the bar.
