I don't have a balanced diet. At all. Example, Friday night I order pizza and I only eat pizza. If I ever have fruit with a meal it's apple sauce or canned pears, peaches, cocktail, etc, etc; which I'm sure is loaded with bullshit preservatives. I eat various cereals every morning. Coffee is a staple in my diet. Several cups every day with creamer. Another example meal, cheeseburgers, fries, mac and cheese.
So no diet advice. What kinds of exercises can I do to get fit on my fuck all diet?

You can't get fit on a shit diet, plain and simple. Being fit and healthy is 70% diet 30% exercise. Unless you're willing to change your shit diet you will never make it.

Do you ever get depressed at how common being /fit/ is these days? Working out and steroid use is more common than ever now. You aren't anything special anymore if you have a six pack, good chest definition and arms that stretch out a normal t-shirt. Tons of other guys have that.
I've recognized this and I've lost a lot of my motivation.

Is there a more widely available alternative to lifting shoes?
I can't find them in any shop in my city. Can I just use running shoes with a more solid heel than the usual? Or hiking shoes?

Just use All Stars or a similar shoe with a flat, hard sole.
If you need any heel elevation e.g. when squatting, you can use 1,25kgs plates under your heels and achieve essentially the same thing.
No need to get lifting shoes unless you want to become a proper power or oly lifter

Anyway, no lifting shoes. Even being barefoot is preferable to that. You want a hard surface which won't deform under pressure.
