Actually, I go to two different gyms and it's the same thing at both. I always load the same weights for my lifts, but sometimes they feel e-Z-p-Z and other times I have difficulty completing them (not accounting for upgrades obviously, I'm talking within a 2 day interval at the same weight). I thought this just depended on how I felt that day, how much sleep I had gotten, etc. but today I switched barbell mid-sets and, whereas I was barely able to complete my reps...
