Guys. I fucked up. I have a question.
I ate my normal maintenance around 2300 cals of meals today. But I also ate a whole 750g jar of nutella, i couldn't stop since morning, and drank it with milk.
I kept it next to me all day with a spoon so i just binged on it.
I calculated that the whole jar was 4095 calories. So today i ate about 6400 calories without moving at all.
Does this mean that I added 6400 - maintenance at 2300 = 4100 calories to my body. Does it actually work like that?
Wont some of the calories just get shat out, or did...

You should be fine as long as your weekly deficit isnt over. You might see a bit of weight gain but it should go away after a few days (water weight and shit) just dont buy nutella anymore.

My main goal from weightlifting is to not look like shit. The reason I started lifting was because of my pear-shaped body. After doing SS for a few months I evolved from a pear into a centaur.
What kind of routine/diet should I go on to make my upper body larger and my legs smaller?

Nah, kid. Just focus a lot more heavily on upper body now. Squat less frequently, pump up the chest, back, and arms, and you'll be looking tip top.

Becareful with upping fibre quickly, unless you don't mind farting like a pro. But yeah, it's a decent idea imo. Legumes are good.

Very. You should quit, it's terrible for your short term, long term, and overall health. Also makes your boners weaker.
Talk to your physician for help with quitting, it usually takes people a couple tries but with the right help you could quit permanently and add years to your life and pounds of muscle to your body and inches to your hardon
How do I get taller? I'm depressed as fuck because of my height. I'm 18 and short as fuck. My family is sort of tall, my dad and older brother are both six feet. I feel like I've been cheated out of a good stature since I didn't recieve enough testosterone, hgh, exercise, nutrition and sleep when I was younger. Assuming my growth plates are still open, how do I try to increase my final height?
