Hey guys,
a fat beginner here, 2 months in. Looking for some advice.
First of all, I did read the STICKY and everything.
I am currently trying to lose weight. According to a BMI calculator I'm just inside the first stage of obesity class.
Anyway, I am eating at about 1400 - 1600 kcal a day, going to gym 3 days a week and running 3 days a week (my runs only burn about 300 kcal per session)
The thing that I'm confused about is, should I even go to the gym? Apparently you can't build muscle while in calorie deficit and my main goal right now...

If it is a radical change in your diet, your body is just getting used to it. Did you use to eat a lot of processed food before?

I'm going to begin using Dianabol. I want to do a 4-5 week cycle. I'm going to be taking 10 mg a day during the cycle. I plan to start my PCT one week later on 20 mg per day of nolvadex for 2 weeks then 10 mg a day for 2 more weeks. Does /fit/ think this is a good schedule, or should I start my PCT the day after? Any other suggestions?

Never done nofap for a long period of time, think best I did was 2 weeks, I was horny less often but when I was horny I was almost rampagingly so.
When I finally bust a nut it was like a nuclear warhead going off in my head and my dick.
It's probably worth doing nofap just for better wanks. I'm doing it 1-2times a day at the moment and it's about as enjoyable as having a spoon of mediocre icecream.

I started lifting / counting macros as a 24 year old high-school drop out NEET.
I am 30 now. Got my HS certificate at 25, finished degree at 28, now working full time as a corrections officer and now I get to deal with the absolute scum of society.
Makes me realize I wasn't so bad after all!
Also, I earn more than other officers who don't have a criminology degree, so I get paid more than other people who've actually been working full-time during the time I was NEETing it up in Azeroth back in the day.
