American here. I'm 30 and why do people have such a huge problem doing this?
I love to take a nice, refreshing shower after I workout hard. I feel like a new person and not like a oily smelly mess.
I see people go to the locker room, for whatever reason, stand in front of the mirror and wipe down their body with fucking paper towels.
the only people who shower or get changed are old men and me. There are even two urinals with ample dividers and they still go to the stalls. Why is everyone so weird about their bodies?

I started lifting after being a low energy, low confidence /r9k/'er and wanting to change, but I'm now ambitious and arrogant. It's like I've over corrected and now have been riding out this high for months now.

Does anyone here just work a physically taxing job part time as a means of exercise?
I have a relatively cushy day job in healthcare, and even though I spend most of the day standing I don't really lift anything that weighs over 5 pounds on a regular basis.
Anyone have some ideas for a good part time job to help keep in shape?

What does /fit/ thinks about it?There is more then enough information that proves that intermittent fasting and fasting increases hgh.
calorie resistriction in general increases HGH. this is well known. most likely you think this will improve gainz, but it won't. a very slight increase in HGH while your body is in a calorie restricted state won't do shit. to get any gains out of HGH at all it needs to be in huge doses and in combination with roids.

I just do 2 heavy days a week focusing on compounds, and 2 light days a week focusing on accessories and vanity.
I want to do something other than ss now after ~4months ss. I came up with this because I want to incorporate calisthenics in my routine and train more muscle groups.

Any bros here ever benched 300lbs? How long did it take and what did you do to achieve it? I'm going for a 300lb bench max this week and hope to get it. I maxed at 285 six weeks ago and have been doing a pyramid work out ever since. Last week I could get 240,245, and 250 all 4 reps pretty easy. Any other stories?
I haven't yet but my dad in his prime reached 528, he told me that a large majority of it is mental so i believe in you anon just be crazy enough and you can do anything.
