Recently I started eating these. They're not the tastiest thing imo, but they give me a slow burn euphoric sensation for hours after consumption, after I've started eating them I have more energy, I get spontaneous erections again, which I haven't had since I was like 14, I feel less depressed, I feel less anxious, I feel more in control of myself.
Is this normal? Can Some kinda nutritional deficiency do this? Or am I just falsely attributing an unexplainable phenomena to the only obvious change in lifestyle?

I didn't really do much research. But every now and then I pull on it and squeeze it... When I was younger I did reps with wet towels.. But I heard that causes PE, which I did suffer from so I stopped.
Now don't have PE but still have an average dick... Might do some research to see if the towel reps do work or not. Those were easy to see progress with... I'm too scared to do any real stretching routine because it doesn't sound seem very safe to me....

Do I have a good starting body? Just turned 18 and started eating right about 2 weeks ago after I graduated. Currently cannot lift, because I cannot afford the shitty gyms in my small Virginian town. What things can I do to keep in shape? Currently just doing push ups (about 75 a day, sad I know), thinking about adding sit ups, and I do bodyweight squats and jump squats for legs. I need something for traps, delts, and calves. Help boys

Buy a pull-up bar. You'll look weird if you do too many pushups and nothing else, I did that for a long time before I got access to a gym. If you can, also grab a pair of dumbbells, that way you can do farmer's carries, dumbbell ohp / lateral raises, and dumbbell calf raises.

If you are fit, you should be "overweight" according to the BMI as muscle is much denser that fat.
