Hi /fit/,
Christmas has passed and it's time to start my cut. I am, however, low on money and I'm trying to save some on my cut (eating less obviously helps).
The staple of my diet will be oats and whey. I can't really afford meat, but I'm considering adding like 300 grams worth of chicken so I won't get bored.
What else should I add?
I'm mostly looking for good polyunsaturated fats that are satiating, so I'd rather avoid oils of any kind.
Also, how do I make eggs tasty?

The gf wants to start lifting. The problem is that I can't find a decent routine or infographs of a routine that can help give a grill that booty.
Would SS be a good thing to get her on, or is there something better that is more geared to a girl's goals of being curvy?

Q: Why not go to failure on the Deadlifts?
The whole point of going to failure is autoregulation. However, for the Deadlift, you can autoregulate it very precisely just by your back squat progression. This makes it unnecessary to go to failure on the DL.
But the main reason is, the Deadlift can cause very debilitating injuries if done with bad form and a round spine. Going to failure on it is a bad idea for novice lifters, as they don't have enough experience to be able to maintain proper and safe form throughout exhaustion.

It sounds great in theory, but the little volume is putting me off.. I currently run a push/pull routine 4 days a week and I'm already bored on rest days.

Get a fucking caliper and figure it out. Sick of all these " what's my bf" threads. Do you really think some kid who just got hair on his nuts is going to give you an accurate answer. Do some work and figure it out via skinfold test, or say fuck it and just you the mirror to gauge how you look.
