When people give me advice in CBTs they say things like "focus on that chest", "blast that bench press", etc etc.

How exactly do I do that if I am doing SS? Do they mean I should add an extra set or something, or am I just supposed to try extra hard on my existing 3 sets?

If strength is your goal and you are doing SS or SL with proper diet/rest yes, you will make some very respectable gains in a year.

Any help? I love doing squats and deads, but I don't like upper body lifts and I think they take too much of my time. I also like the idea of mastering my own body.

I hit my goal of 1pl8 on deadlifts in the gym and acciedentally did 3x5 instead of 1x5 because I'm an idiot. Do I just say fuck it and move on?
