part. Those fucking places are crazy expensive compared to any regular gym. I looked at the price for one in my area just to check and it was 70 a month with limited access. And thats cheap as far as cross shitter gyms go.

I injured my back falling down the stairs and then aggravated it by continuing to squat and deadlift with poor form.
The pain doesn't bother me much unless I try to squat / deadlift / pendlay row etc.
I hear that doctors can rarely do anything about lower-back problems so now I just do ABxCD
A - Back and bis
B - Chest and shoulders (chest focus)
C - Back and bis (different focus)
D - Shoulders and chest (shoulder focus)

I realised that the Sticky doesn't have a DB program in its recommendations.
I have two pairs of DB's and a pullup bar. What's the best program out there? Preferably something based on the same principles as SS without trying to imitate SS with DB's, because I don't believe that's possible or efficient.

Has anyone here moved out at a young age? i.e 18?
I'm 18 and have a full time job, I don't have many friends and I don't go out clubbing or drinking at all, I can afford an apartment and think it would force me to grow up and would be beneficial for my gains.
All of my old classmates are going to Uni this year but I dropped out and got a full time job.

I moved out with 19. it will help you grow up. you will learn how to life on your own. cleaning, cooking, paying bills etc.
