Anyone else have vaneers? Im thinking of grinding the rest of my teeth down and getting perfect white teeth placed on them. My front two teeth are fake already and was wondering if anyone else had experience with vaneers.

Bumping with my late-night daily meal - 250g of quark, one banana and one orange or whatever fruit I have at home (if any).
I make a three-egg omlette with 4 sausage links, onions and bell peppers every morning. It's fucking delicous and it's only 400 calories.

You'd have to lifting for a fucking long time, and also have easily top 0.0000001% genetics to look anything like him, with a lot of roids.
You can get a similar sort of look, but in sheer size, it's just not achievable, he dwarfs even huge guys.

Dialysis bro here. How far along are you?
I've been on dialysis for about a year now. My expectations for lifting are kind of low, because it saps my strenght, but I've may significant progress from day 1. Once your kidneys completely fail (which I hope yours never will) they encourage you to eat a high protien diet, so it's a little bittersweet.

Probably, as long as you get enough calories, nutrients, and sleep.
Ask your doc. He probably won't know off the top of his head, but can look it up for you.
But, most food, even carby stuff, has some protein in it. You'll need to cut back on high protein foods a little more to balance out eating more food in general.
Just keep it healthy. Whole wheat stuff, fruit, yams, rice. Beans might be a little high protein/calorie. Use olive and canola oil for non protein calories.
