Is it cheating no fap to look at images like gif related.
I mean shes clothed. And it makes me very happy.
Im 34 days strong and Im feeling massive gains. I hard recently started balding and no fap made me take effort to improve my life. Less stress, more exercise, better cardio system, more sleep, etc.
Ive also started pushing myself for volume because I have more energy. Like chest days before were just 3x8 185. Now its 10x10 155.
Not much weight but when you get to 50 the arms start wobbling.
Anyways, I need my no fap gains. But I really want to look at pic related. I wont fap. Is that good enough or should I avoid all images like pic related.

The QTDDTOT is dying so I'd figure I'd make a thread about my question, seems decent enough to warrant its own thread or this one can be used as the new thread, don't care.

First day at gym and the trainer started me on the fast circuit for those who go to Gold's Gym (I think they have them at a lot of Gold's). Basically it's one set each of about 14 different exercises. These are Leg Press, Chest Press, Leg Extension, Pull Down, Leg Curl, Row, Hip Abduction, Shoulder Press, Hip Adduction, Glute, Bicep Curl, Adominal, Triceps, and Torso Rotation. Each at a decent enough weight to make me feel the workout that targets each muscle and at the very least 10 reps with some exercises having more. Question is, I was reading the wiki and I was going to do Starting Strength or Reg Park's 5x5 but the trainer had me on this thing and I'm too beta to decline help. Is this routine they gave me good or would I be better off doing SS or 5x5? I'm trying to cut, I'm a fat man.

Who the fuck here ACTUALLY uses lowbar squat form? I'm convinced it's mostly a meme, but I'm sure some of you are out there. Why do you use it? What's wrong with highbar? (nothing) What are you like in real life?

It looks ugly as fuck and basically looks like your back is doing all the work. Can your legs just not handle it? Don't you do deadlifts anyway?

Not to mention, if you are squatting less than 3 or 4 pl8 with it, it looks like you are being a tryhard faggot. The only time I really even see lowbar is when I see newfags running SS for the first time doing ATG 95lb squats. It's an embarrassing sight to say the least.

Lastly, it looks unnatural as fuck when you look at the grip from behind. Wrists look like they are gonna snap, and you are blatantly ignoring the NATURAL SHELF that the traps create. Jesus, this shit is a no-brainer. Anyway, what's your opinion on this obviously crucial topic.

how do you feel about mid bar? i put the bar on the bottom of my traps because i lift more weight than strict highbar but low bar feels way too awkward.

regardless i still hit high volume highbar squats or front squats on my "bodybuilding" days
