Someone on here made a thread about 5-6 days ago claiming Rich Piana has died, i looked into it but couldn't find any proof to comfirm it. I noticed that rich piana hasn't uploaded on his youtube channel since the day i saw the thread. I heard two days ago that Rich Piana had left the Arnold Expo early due to health reasons. Jason Blaha then made a video today mentioning that he is worried about Rich because he hasn't heard anything about it. Could Rich really be dead? My gym uses a inferred device to calculate body fat and I was put at roughly 6%. Note that this scan was done post heavy work out.
Im apparently 6% bf and 164 pounds at 22 years old. Im "skinny" by most standards but for the life of me I cant get rid of the fat around my love handles. Am I missing something? I thought the only way to get rid of them was through overall weight loss but I dont really have much more to lose.
