There was a time when I really liked to cycle, some muscle definition but not big.

If you want to do both, you could just program around it. There's a guy named Alex Viada who's an elite powerlifter and ultramarathoner. Resolving strength training with cardio is sort of his thing. You should look him up.

I am dyel, I have no muscles to speak of.
My goal is to lose my fat ass, thighs, belly and moobs, hopefully they should disappear if I hit 80kg.

Depends on where you are right now. If you can do them easily in one set, then it's a pretty bad idea. If you can do them in four sets to failure, then it might be a very good idea. Also, don't listen to >>36443742, you'll of course make some progress. You'll gradually be able to do more and more push-ups.
