Food science major here. HFCS is basically the same as table sugar from a health standpoint. All those scary statistics about its effects? That's just what excessive sugar intake does to your body. It has nothing to do with """chemicals""" (a word that only really means "I'm too much of a lazy sack of shit to do real research").
I'm convinced people who obsess over HFCS just want to eat sugary garbage and not have to feel bad about it, so they pretend it's ok as long as it's only overpriced Whole Foods sugary garbage, like the dietary equivalent of "It's not *really* cheating if it's only a blowjob"

i never eat that stuff. Iunno how accurate it is but its not like i know what meat is like so i have no need to eat imitation meat. Dunno why anyone would.
I dont eat gimmicky foods marketed towards vegetarians, i dont eat fake meat; no weird stuff. I dont like salad, i dont like most "health" foods.. i just like food.
