The short, bro-science version is that it helps your muscles store more energy, so that, in theory, you can grind out a few more reps in the gym.
It's already present in your body from food in small amounts. Taking it as a supplement just saturates your muscles with more of it.

How the fuck do I get massive deltoids WITHOUT getting huge biceps/triceps? I DO NOT want large arms. ONLY larger shoulders than I have, but I keep unintentionally working my biceps and triceps even when I'm trying to isolate delts. I personally think they taste like straight up protein powder in a bar. Chunky as fuck and expensive. like 3$ for the same protein as 1 scoop of a tub. Most tubs are like 1.5$ avg per scoop.
To me they are the best protein bar.
I have eaten like 2,000 of them, so I just can't eat them anymore.
Would it make sense to divide my routines into one exercise everyday? So for example, instead of having something like 3 days split, I exercise every single day, targeting different muscle groups but doing only one kind of exercise everyday.
I'm looking for a way to waste the least amount of time possible. I really don't enjoy lifting at all.
Day 1: Squats
Day 2: Bench press
Day 3: OHP
Day 4: Barbell Curl
Day 5: Barbell Row
Day 6: Chin up
Day 7: Rest
Every day I also do abs and 15 minutes of stationary bike. I have a home gym...

Hey /fit/bros. I just started a keto diet today trying to lean out. I'm working out on the Project Mass program with some personal tweaks from bb.com keep in mind. My macros look like 2410 calories, 208 Protein, 146 fats, and 69 carbs. I am 5'8 175lbs 18yrs old and have roguhly 15%bf. Does this sound like a good way to approach fat loss/muscle maintenance or even growth? If not what should i change?
