Has never been stated anywhere reputable. Trans fats have been established as bad for a number of reasons, particularly relating to heart disease for a long time and anyone arguing that is plain old retarded. The US and UK governments had a brief foray into discouraging sat fats but this has since been established as more complicated than simply LDLs vs HDLs and there're plenty of studies showing the effects of each in relation to fat.

Studies have shown time and time again, and almost the entire nutrition and medical industry are aware that processed meats increase the risks of various things including but not limited to cancers, heart diseases and poor cholesterol levels. But that's to be expected since you'd have to be pretty retarded to think processed foods are better for you than whole foods in anything but the rarest of exceptions.

Cook smaller portions or have leftovers to eat for the next few days or freeze.
I usually just cook a big batch of whatever, eat leftovers for a couple days and then portion and freeze the rest if there's still some left and I don't feel like eating it anymore.
