Heart attack Sunday.
I layered chocolate chip pancakes with syrup that I heated in a pot with butter and milk, mixed breakfast meat (scrapple, bacon and pork roll) and scrambled egg with ketchup so it carmelizes and American cheese and popped it in the oven.

I recently came in to possession of 4 frozen blue shark steaks and I don't know what to do with them. Google searching seems inconclusive with some people saying it's inedible and some saying you have to wrap them in a towel over night. Anyone got any experience in what to do with these?

It all feels very memey. I haven't been to America in a while but I can imagine bearded "foodies" going to their whole foods and buying it for the pretentious little luncheons and not something. Something you buy for prestige and not because it's a good ingredient like mahi mahi, sword fish, salmon, trout, pike, flounder etc.
But it feels weird that one company alone produces this fish so a lot of what I read about it feels like marketing spin.

then to my disappointment after a couple of sips I learn it wasnt a fully hollowed out fruit, they had barely scooped the surface out so I had maybe 8 oz of liquid and more than 3/4 of solid pineapple left over
to prove a point to myself I angrily stood there on the street corner and ripped it apart with my teeth and hands like a filthy savage and ate the entire thing. There was juice and pulp all over my face and shirt, people kept walking by and staring at me like I was crazy.
