I was thinking about taking the day off and relaxing--so to speak, working a half day because reports still need to be sent out. If I were to cook though, I'd go full American with burgers stuffed with american cheese, bacon and BBQ sauce. I'd also make some fish and chips on the side just so our Brittish counterpart could watch me eat some freedom in between a bun. Hear that, blokes? The Mayan XXXtra hot stopped being stocked at my local Walmart, so I started using the green regularly. I special ordered 4 bottles of the mayan and picked them up today. I remembered the mayan being the best (probably due to the heat), but after retasting today green is the objectively superior hot sauce of the El Yucateco™ line and is also objectively the best hot sauce.
The black tastes like spicy smoke, please don't try and defend its low ranking in this thread.

Don't be scared of the tree rats. I'd strongly recommend a good brine or other soak to remove any wild flavors along with using peanut oil to fry in a pressure cooker.
