That brand is pretty OK if I can't afford the really good stuff (which is basically anything that isn't peanut-related, like almond butter). The low amount of salt is what makes it taste "plain". Peanuts are actually very plain. I still prefer that traditional kind of PB though.

If you want something tastier try a different type of butter. Almond butter, cashew butter, pistachio butter, etc. You'll probably like them.

Really if you're enthusiastic about it and can handle a sizeable knife then you're probably going to get the job. It's not like you're going to apply for sous chef.

Additionally you can try and Google about different cuts available in your area and look into where in the animal they belong and how does it actually reach the consumer.
