Has anyone here ever tried swan? There's a lake near me filled with them and they are pretty slow.

You can make a delicious spice mix with salt, pepe lungo della bengala, melagueta pepper, mahlab, Ethiopian cardamom, rue, cutcherry powder, uzazi, hoja santa and nigella seeds. You have most seasonings so this shouldn't be a problem.
I feel like my homemade tortillas are too elastic. I press them in a freezer bag with a cast iron press but still need to do a lot of rolling out. If I don't, the dough will contract to about 3 inches in diameter. Any advice on how to fix the problem? Here's my recipe:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp lard
3/4 cup+ lukewarm water
I let the dough relax for about 30 minutes before working with it.

I have trouble eating a big breakfast early in the morning. If I've been active for a couple of hours then I can eat a huge meal, but if I'm say, waking and going to work I can't eat much.
I generally have a piece of fruit or maybe a small yoghurt, sometimes a banana blended with yoghurt, juice and a teaspoon of jam.
