I'm fairly fit. I don't track my nutrition methodically. If my belly starts to grow (and I check myself out in the mirror a lot), I just cut bread out of my diet for a couple of weeks and that fixes it.
Then again I also do... well I said what kind of exercise I do a few days ago and a lot of people here got butthurt, so it's genetics ok? Just give up.

Thanksgiving is coming up, and as we all know, that means lots of delicious cold turkey sandwiches afterwards.
How do you do yours? I keep it simple, with slabs of cold turkey breast on either white sandwich bread or sliced Italian bread, with a generous amount of Hellmann's, Kewpie, or, yes, Miracle Whip. Cheddar sometimes, if it's available, but it's not required.
I've seen Thanksgiving-type sandwiches at sub chains that include stuffing and gravy and all that. I'm sure they're good, but at home, I've always been too lazy to...

fortunate to never be required to clean it myself. it's pretty bad. seal around the cover rotted away so the stench leaks out when it's walked over. new manager tells me there's some kind of bacteria that will eat the gunk away, but i doubt we'll ever get any of that in our store.
